Psalms 84:4-7 says, “4 Blessed are they that dwell in Thy house: they will be still praising Thee. Selah. 5 Blessed is the man whose strength is in Thee; in whose heart are the ways of them. 6 Who passing through the valley of Baca make it a well; the rain also filleth the pools. 7 They go from strength to strength, every one of them in Zion appeareth before God”. Isaiah 40:31

says, “But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint”. Psalms 25:3 says, “Yea, let none that wait on Thee be ashamed: let them be ashamed which transgress without cause”. Psalms 37:34 says, “Wait on the LORD, and keep His way, and He shall exalt thee to inherit the land: when the wicked are cut off, thou shalt see it”.

As we wait before our Lord with humble adoration, praise, thanksgiving, and worship from our spirits in union with the Holy Spirit, we begin to realize strength within that enables us to go through anything victoriously. The latter part of First John 5:4 says, “and this is the victory that overcometh the world, even our faith”. The faith of God within us takes hold of the strength of God as we wait on Him in worship and as we allow His blessed, holy Word to abide in us. Let us remember from Psalms 107:20 that He has sent His Word and healed us and delivered us from our destructions. But, that Word sent has to be taken hold of by our spirit as we do what Joshua 1:8 admonishes by meditating in His Word both day and night and observing to do all that is written therein. Let us worship Him right now. Amen.
