For the Lord is the Spirit,
and wherever the Spirit of the Lord is,
there is freedom
2 Corinthians 3:17
Worship is the greatest privilege life can offer. When we worship we come into the presence of the God who made us and loves us. We join the angels in praising the God who is worthy of all the worship we can bring.
We come to God in worship because he invites us to come, and has made our worship possible throughthe death of his Son for us on the Cross.
Worship in the power of the Holy Spirit is a fulfilling and transforming experience, where we become fully human, and are strengthened by the Spirit to serve God in the world he has made.
Now on the last day, the great day of the feast, Jesus stood and cried out, saying, "If anyone is thirsty, let him come to Me and drink. He who believes in Me, as the Scripture said, 'From his innermost being will flow rivers of living water.'" But this He spoke of the Spirit, whom those who believed in Him were to receive..." (John 7:37-39).
